It's crazy how these guys keep talking like this was ever in doubt. He gave the required notice. Of course he's officially in the portal. Yesterday or today (depending on exactly when he gave the notice) was the NCAA deadline for them to submit his paperwork. They spent a holiday weekend trying to pretend they had any other option, but that was always bullshite.
