Well, so I'm shocked. Ill stand by my word and won't bring recruiting info here. Bower was the wildcard and Priest was the lock. Thats what I was told. Dang, this sucks. But he still hadn't signed the Loi just yet.

without giving names, how close were your "sources" to priest to give you this "lock" information

He was talking to LSU commits all week and called the coaches wavering on his decision. Sometimes they flip and sometimes they don't. These things are never locks and some of you who have been around awhile are acting like this is the first time this has ever happened.

In his defense I saw some good things on 2 different pay sites and some stuff on espn that pointed to LSU. True, doesn't look like it is happening now after that interview but all anyone can do is pass along info. Can't get too high or too low for this stuff. We were definitely in it, just enjoy the ride ppl.

This. It's not like we don't have the best DB class in NCAA history coming next year. I would be scared if I was a 2013 guy with what LSU is supposed to bring in next year!

We have an amazing class this year and got a guy we didn't expect today. I don't think anyone is doubting that this class is top notch. The insiders that said he was 100% are just getting some ribbing.
