Just because you enter doesnt mean you cant come back! Plus we have LaFleur coming in and he is a beast!

Currently doesn’t have a TE coach… doesn’t want the competition with Lafleur & if Hasz is coming in from Arkansas.

Wish these kids would stick it out a little longer but I get it

Green steals his receiving reps

Theyll add a starting TE

Doesn’t really fit

I wonder if he’s going for a big payday. Definitely stood to get playing time this season. Would hate to see his talent on another SEC team.

Was told he will be a TE next year, not WR!

This one is a really weird one. Sat behind LSUs best te ever for 2 years only to transfer when he will likely start? Even if we bring in Hasz, he would either start over him or play a ton next to him considering we run alot of 12 personnel.

Could it be he's testing the market?

They haven't utilized him in two seasons... what do you expect?

It’s about the money. Go to the highest bidder. It’s all a business now.

I mean, it makes complete sense from Pimpton's perspective.

Green will continuously eat into his targets while he's here, & we're bringing in Taylor's replacement as well. Green & Pimpton are too much alike. He wants more targets & leaving is the only option.

We'll just sign 2 TE's in the portal instead of 1.

Haven't utilized him in 2 seasons? I'm sorry but who was our starting tight end for those 2 seasons? Who were our receivers? Who were we supposed to utilize him over in those 2 seasons?

Or you know, he could learn to block and become our main tight end like Mason Taylor was.

In Pimpton's case...I'm guessing it was a lack of available playing time.

Assuming we bring in Taylor's replacement...he's in the same exact situation that he was in this year. The #3 TE.

Pimpton just isn't a blocker. He's basically an oversized WR.
