Not really. He had some shaky stretches of play this year. I wouldn’t take him over the potential we have in Johnson, Nuss and Howard coming in.

Bama will be fine. Bryce Young was only held back because Jones was lights out. Even Bama fans were caught off guard by how good Jones was. He had a Burrowesque awakening and had a season for the ages. Young is more talented than him by quite a stretch. Sark is the bigger loss.
Shough isn't very good imo. There's a reason he's entering the portal with 3 years of eligibility. His own staff doesn't believe he's the guy. We already have a loaded room even if Finley moves on. Unless an unexpected loss occurs(Brennan or Johnson) I wouldn't expect qb to be on the radar for any type of transfer.

Not going to lie the transfer portal is ruining the NCAA. It's out of control especially with all the tampering going around.

Yall got to stop with this "max beat florida" crap. Max was LOSING to Florida and would've LOST to Florida had not the shoe toss. That was out of Max's control how that game ended. Max didn't do ANYTHING to win that game yet yall praise it like LSU was down 30 and he brought them back singlehandedly. Great win. But that win was not Max's to "claim".

So max didn’t have us winning almost the entire game? The game was tied when the shoe was thrown. We could’ve still won even if that didn’t happen. You saying he didn’t play good?

Thunderbird I don’t know why posters are downvoting you about Finley . Troy Aikman , Baker Mayfield won the Heisman transferring to other schools . Finley has the best upside in the room the OL is the key for him to sustain also for Brennen. LSU will not tailor the QB position just for Max .
