Very wrong. They mention Ray's problem with developing guards, but Newman went out of his way to say that Craig Sword's improvement was something he saw and noticed.

I can understand if you disagree, that's just my feelings. Maybe it's too much to say they will get no development but I think compared to other programs, they are much more likely to benefit themselves being somewhere else. It seems to me that Mickey has regressed since he came here.

Holy fricking idiot. As a lot of other posters have mentioned, Martin and Mickey didn't turn into all SEC players by themselves. Sure, Johnny Jones' X's and O's might get called into question sometimes (and even then, a lot of that is the low basketball IQ portion of the tiger rant looking for something to bitch about) but his recruiting and player development are pretty solid if not top notch. Please do everyone a favor and take the chicken little mouthbreathing bullshite back to tRant

Why should we be scared of a coach who couldn't make it out if the first round without Kevin Love and 4 other NBA starters? shite he had Jrue Holliday and Russell Westbrook and they still lost in the first round. People talk about Rick Barnes being overrated, but Howland might be worse.

Yeah apparently so since a coach that left LSU 9 months ago is the key piece to landing Newman. All the Newman to LSU buzz has come in the last month or so. McCray has nothing to do with that.

I would be worried that a guy like Howland fell all the way to Mississippi State. Howland wouldn't be at Mississippi State if he didn't have to be.

Yep. Reading the State board is pretty funny right now. Apparently Adidas is going to make them the main Adidas school to fight Kentucky. 
They didn't even know that Kansas, Wisconsin, NC State, and Indiana were Adidas schools.
They also think Malik is a Adidas kid. I mean, he's only played for Nike EYBL teams his whole career and done nothing but Nike events. Therefore he must be an Adidas prospect.
