Hey guys, ND and LSU fan here so I win either way :) Seriously though, I don't think Kiel to ND makes sense. ND already has three quality QBs. Two of which are mobile which Brian Kelly likes. LSU appears thinner at QB so I would go there.

Can anyone give an update of the current GK situation? Is he definitely gone? I can't find any non bleacherreport info.

I don't think the situations are all that different. Rees and Mett look like the clear starters going into the season. Golson and Hendrix are both young, talented back ups. Similar to Randall and Rivers.

The silence is deafening, IMO.

If he is gone to ND good luck with that. A has been program that will never play for the national title again. What's it like mom being happy but knowing your son is not happy?
Way to let your son grow up and make decisions for his life.
Also he will be playing for a coach who screams constantly and from what I've heard his act gets old REAL quick. But as long as mom is happy that's all that matters.

The frick? Why do I keep waking up to this fricked up shite?

So is it safe to say that if GK would had told the staff maybe week-week and half ago that he decommitted, that Patrick Miller would have still enrolled @ LSU?
If so, that's some fricked up shite

It amazes me that some people on here can't accept the fact that how Les treated Jarrett Lee particularly this year will forever be used against him to recruit QBs, WRs, etc.
It amazes me how many idiots are in our fan base that will speak so definitively about something when they don't have a fricking clue. Congratulations, your just another idiot in a loooooong line of them in this fan base.

Well frankly with a name like Gunner and a brother named Dusty I'm surprised Mack Brown hasn't bought them a ranch.

Everyone who has a source, is confirming that Gunner is enrolled at Notre Dame, and has been assigned a room.

Well, good luck to him then. Until and unless the Irish play the Tigers.

I seem to remember JJ throwing 3/10 for 30 yards and 2 INT's against tennessee
And I'm sure he said in postgame interviews that he thought he had a pretty good game. And actually, sans the interceptions, looks a lot like his byline from the SECCG and the BCSCG, so evidently Miles thought that he performed well too.

That would mean that Notre Dame would actually have to play well. That won't happen with Kelly at the helm.
Dayne Crist was a better QB prospect than Kiel was and look at him.

Can we really blame him????

I would be shocked if his feet of clay stay anywhere for 4 full years...
