He had to postpone an official visit to LSU in early October because of a scheduling conflict, and his official to LSU the weekend of Dec. 2-4 is in jeopardy because of a possible DCSAA title game. Harbor said that could force him to move the visit back a few days, a few weeks or into January.

He really likes LSU because of his relationship with the coaches and track but hasn't stepped foot on campus.

You want to look at it half empty or hall full because I can argue both sides

I don’t see how anyone could argue that it’s good or bad from that

We absolutely need him. He's just as fast as Perkins and 2-3 inches taller. Kelly's staff needs to get on this guy harder because this would be a major loss in recruiting. Our D-line is weak and needs more depth.

It would be bad if he said that he knew where he wanted to go and then said eff coming to LSU for a visit.

To me it sounds like LSU is still in the mix.

seems like just making excuses not to visit. its ok-this place is far from home and not for everyone.

Hmm tough to decipher but who truly can with teenagers, albeit bad luck has stung LSU from having him visit. Can’t blame either side, seems as if it’s Maize and Blue or Purple and Gold. I can’t foresee him truly taking SC seriously. LSU provides that next level of elite talent development for the NFL as well as track, and Michigan brings about the academics and football. He’s a smart kid who wants a bit of both, SC isn’t fulfilling those football needs. Harbaugh, Kelly, or…Beamer…good luck if you choose the latter…

Sounds like a Michigan/South Carolina battle. Good luck to the kid.

He's going to play TE not defensive end.

My guess is the academic angle is going to swing it in Michigan's favor. Sads.

Or who knows, maybe he'll commit to Miami, which is a decent academic institution and he's already had an OV there. If they drop a large enough bag of cash then maybe he'll commit.

Miami is looking like A&M part two (good class, meh coaching) minus the packed crowds. Sure hope he’s smarter than that as he reportedly is and his family seem to come from an upper middle class background, which should hopefully help with the money not swaying as much. It’s an LSU-Michigan battle, leaning toward the boys up in Ann Arbor I imagine.
