And UCLA is in Westwood. Very different from the area where the USC campus is [a war zone]. Westwood has got all the glitz of Beverly Hills. The on campus sports facilities at UCLA are very antiquated and the Rose Bowl is over an hour drive away from campus.

Willis has a much better chance of playing in the NFL at LSU / DBU and with our strength training and conditioning.

Tim Williams is Luther Davis 2.0. Don't worry about it.

I know this was a month ago and just one article, but they seemed to think LSU was the favorite. Although not a lock.

Rettig is a west coast guy. Why has he not been in contact with Priest Willis?

Well first, maybe the 100 threads on this exact topic.
Second, all the redundant (insert recruits first and last name as title)
Message: do we have a chance
Threads. Those need to be gone. This easily could've been put in one of the 100's of PW threads instead of it's own thread. Nothing in that article was worthy of its own thread.

It's not like they live in the same state. No reason to think they should be in contact with one another.

Certianly can understand a 18 year old kid wanting to live in L.A. over Baton Rouge (LA)

Also, the argument that he would have a much better chance to play in the NFL if he went to LSU as opposed to UCLA is garbage. Do the NFL scouts not know how to find Los Angeles on a map? There are guys who are likely going to get drafted in the first round this year who went to schools like Mizzou, Central Michigan, BYU and Baylor. If you can play, you can play. The NFL will find you.
