Need to sign a RB in this class

. LSU now has more scholarship QB s on roster (5) than Running backs (4). Not complaining but does show the need to to bring a good back onboard Never thought I would see that but shows how times have changed

Yeah and one of those RBs won’t be here either.

I’m so glad that we have all these recruiting geniuses on here. I’m sure Ed has just completely forgot about running back and isn’t recruiting any at all.

Would like to have a GREAT RB - not a body. Most importantly, we need to keep our 3 RBs once Clyde goes pro.

we do need to sign a RB but the amount of QBs on schollie is not the reason

We could always take a transfer. I think our RB situation will go like this (Clyde to NFL)
2020: Chris Curry RS Sophomore and John Emery Jr sophomore will probably share the touches. Curry is a power runner and emery is a speed runner, not sure how TDP is used,
2021: Chris Curry to draft. John Emery Jr and Ty Davis Price share the touches as true juniors. They both go to the NFL.
2022: Transfer RB or 2020, 2021 RB we sign.

Comparing #’s from 2 different classes. Just dumb. Yes EVERYONE is aware that we have not signed a RB yet in this class.

I believe we will, too. The notion that we don’t need a RB is crazy. You can’t play a full season with three. One injury and you’re dangerously thin.
