They're in great shape to beat Michigan. Enjoy your Citrus bowl.

why do people keep saying this when there are other kids on his team signing TOMORROW?
My comments are 100% speculative...
Knowing nothing of his situation apart from what I’m reading in this thread, it’s possible that both 1) the school will not allow him to sign tomorrow and 2) other students from his school are allowed to sign tomorrow. If Rakim needed to pass a fall class that currently has a borderline grade or he needs a spring class to be eligible for graduation, the school could prohibit him from signing. Whereas other kids allowed to sign are already eligible and have the grades to graduate, at present.
I’m confident Rakim comes to LSU and this isn’t a play for attention. But, it benefits our competitors by giving them more time to recruit him, which sucks, but it is what it is.

It's been said before but I don't see why anyone would be worried about WR's. La produces 1st round talent at WR every year. If a guy from DC doesn't want in after seeing what we did on the field, we'll be just fine replacing him next year with La talent and a National 5 star or 2.
That's what I keep telling people. Of our top 14 pass catchers, only one is not from Louisiana, and that is Moss.

Tomorrow is all about Webb, Dumervil, and Burch for me.
Let's ride!!!

Remove M. Greene, L. Johnson, and Camron Jackson to get down to 19.
Add those big 3 above (Dumervil, Webb, and Burch) and LSU will be sitting at a 310.01 composite with only 22 commits/signatures.
Leaves 3 spots for Evans, M. Jackson, and a safety.
That's my class if I could choose with exception of making room for Van Pran if he wants to join in...which would mean likely parting with K. Taylor.

D. Clowney will go before Kole Taylor. I’d be surprised if Clowney signs with LSU in any case.

Go on and keep doubting Coach O .
Coach O is going to keep teaching people to not doubt his abilities.

I took Clowney out before K. Taylor in my calculation...just forgot to include his name for some reason.

Yeah about that, I call bullshite on that excuse! I even had a thread I posted specifically about it, basically stated it would not be legal for a high school to bar a student from signing for their future that doesn’t pertain to that high school. Use your brains people, that is what God intended you to use them for, not as a paper weight to hold your head onto your neck.
So event timing;
Rumors of flipping for RJ start to materialize about 3 weeks ago. Rumors are brushed under the rug. Then this news comes out about RJ not be able to sign until Feb because of high school rules! Yeah I don’t know if RJ is going to sign with LSU or not, I sure hope he does. But if I see yellow rain come down from above, I am not walking out in it!
