Brennan gets a lot of hype but he's going to need to gain 30 Lbs to make it thru an SEC season. He better get to eating.

His family invented Banana's Foster, so he has no excuse.

Every Ole Miss QB will put up big numbers. Same system as A&M. I think he was less than 50%passing also. Who knows what type of offense LSU will run next year

...you're right, 'not too much differences there - but still, I think he needs to add a little more size < and strength > to his frame ( might help with him get through a SEC schedule )-

And then you see it is a&m and realize they gave up 700 yards to Tenn.

Lmao...I love these statements like this. Kid throws less than 50% for 300 yards against a defense that already has given up 700 yards against a shitty offense, and you annoint Patterson and shite on Brennan, and then throw much love to the "dual threat" qb....hmmmmmm.....

Pattersons level of Competion in HS>>>>>>>>Brennan's level of Competition in HS. You can't compare the two that way.

Apparently you too young to remember Gary James, Dalton Hillard or Archie Manning in High School?

Brennan is nowhere near Patterson... Those stats are similar but the competition isn't. The only people hyping up Brennan are LSU fans. He is decent not next level.

Isn't Shea Patterson also a 20 year old true freshman?

The physical and mental development from ages 16-20 is MASSIVE.

Basically, if Brennan was a sophomore in HS right now, he'd be on track to be the same age in college as Patterson.

Also, good job of eating your plate of crow the other day, didn't think you'd take it so well I'm glad you weren't mad your predictions were wrong

I'm never mad about LSU winning. That'd be silly.

And I was only wrong about Arkansas so far to be fair. Said Ed O would go 6-2 didn't I? With losses to Bama and Arky.

I think there is a lot to the "team as tired from practice" thing. We didn't look worn out against Arky like we usually do.

agree here, Patterson is on another level with his athletic ability and zip on his passes.

his td passes against a&m were incredible.

Shea is a much better runner and has a better deep ball.

Myles is damn near automatic when it comes to short and intermediate throws but doesn't have the arm Shea does.

I think both are going to be very good qbs
