Can players sign multi year deals in college or is it only yearly?

I believe both have been going on. Biggest issue is even with these multi year deals, players are “re-evaluating themselves” after a season. It’s the Wild West.

Bryce Underwood signed a multi year deal out of HS, had a mediocre Freshman season, and then held Michigan hostage for another pay bump.

I think most follow under the Multi year deal for x amount of dollars if eligibility allows but with both parties having the ability to opt out after each season. So, yes and no.

Can only be annual, as that’s how NCAA eligibility currently works.

is the NCAA even trying to improve the situation? I know they've been taking a lot of L's lately when they get challenged but I just seems they have thrown their hands in the air at this point. Don't hear any ideas on how to fix this from the NCAA besides disgruntled coaches

I would imagine that has something to do with the NFL draft and if the player is eligible for the draft. Just wondering because I heard that leavitt would like to sign for 2 years.

It hopefully will take care of itself soon. Multi millionaires aren’t multimillionaires by being stupid. They are gonna insist on contracts that are binding and have consequences if you leave. At least I hope so.

I hope Underwood bleeds them dry.
Nothing personal.

Do more hunting and fishing until all this bullshite stops. If it gets worse, you’ll have a ton of fresh food.
