Did his 40 time hurt him??

Yeah, I doubt he would accept a fullback position, but really was pulling for him to be in this class. Can't fault the coaches in any way with their bias here, though.

I thought so too bad as he is a nice young man and would love to be a Tiger

I now fully expect him to sign with another SEC school and play pretty decently for them, then have the game of his life if/when he plays against LSU.

yeah if his assistant coach posts on a message board and lets everyone be his e-besties then he is assured to dominate LSU

what sucks is is UF and UGA offers are no longer commitable. UGA got Michael and Chubb, and UF has Cook
They are set.
They are set.

I think he was evaluated on Monday and knew he wasn't going to get the offer before he ran on Tuesday morning.

Too bad, Jacob Hester was offered, and took the scholly, as a fullback and look how that turned out. You just never know how things are going to work out, players get hurt and out for a year "Blue recently" and other sh*t happens "Hill." One thing is for certain if LSU doesn't have depth in the backfield it can definitely hurt us.

completely agree with this, everyone was loving him over on 247 because his coach post there.

Williams was never going to get an offer after the staff decided on 2 RB, we let him know before camp started yesterday he would not be getting an offer

No he didn't. Guy was frustrated Williams wasn't offered. Wasn't even like that.

i dont think it was the deciding factor. think its cus hes more like fournette. I think without caneron we prob would gave gone with williams and fournette cus thats what miles likes. maybe we will be throwing to the backs more.
sione ran a 4.4 but has been clocked under before as well. Please let cam turn thus guy into a sproles.
i was not a fan if williams coach. he was saying stuff like how the ship would sail if we didnt offer soon. williams was getting more love from uga and really liked them, etc... The coaches wanted these backs to camp. now that they have, they picked the guy they liked best. pretty simple. He wont be the first or last player that wanted an LSU offer and didnt get one.

4.7 is not a deal-breaker for a RB in and of itself. IMO, LA is becoming a mini-FL - too much SEC caliber talent for us to get'em all. Just need to try and get the best-of-the-best.
Best wishes to him and

What did ridley run?
If I remember right Charles Scott was in the upper 4.6's, Steven Ridley was in the Mid 4.6's. Spencer Ware didn't have a real good time either 4.62-4.63.
