I know the opinion of him around here but I think he summed up nicely the DT + BK quote conversations.

Puts things into perspective

I hate NIL. I hate transfer portal. No problem w/ paying true market value for NIL, but this is pay for play and i hate it. sorry, old. The disconnect between the people who went to a college and the athletes that rep their alma maters is a bridge too far, and i believe will ultimately hurt CFB.

I have all the faith and trust in BK to operate our program in the same manner a corporate CEO would his company. BK has forgotten more about football and running a successful program than I’ll ever know. Trust him and let things play out.

Don't say that - the naysayers and disbelievers will crucify you.

Moscana has been pretty harsh on our NIL in the past so far him to say we're fighting a reputation of "when" the collective was struggling must mean our collective has caught up. Thats positive news regardless that we didnt get the 2 guys we were after.

One of these people who say pay them what they want need to dig in5o their pocket and match those offers. I believe the culture in those two lockerrooms are going to suffer due to those large offers due to neither of them going to be all league let alone all american players.

Call me old fashion but I don't care to know that a 19 year old is getting $1M to come play football at the school I love and he doesn't. It's free agency to the highest bidder.
I don't know what the solution is, but this isn't it.

So what I got from this is Williams price tag got too high.
Then we shifted our focus back to Simeon and offered enough to be the 2nd highest paid player on the team.
So to all the people that said BK passed on Williams because it would disrupt the locker room…it sounds like we had no problem pissing off everyone in the locker room but 1 guy to try and sign Simeon.

Not really, you're reaching. And frankly, until someone comes out with real numbers, all of this is conjecture, because you're just like the rest of us when it comes to this. You don't know shite.
