And while I worried AM might feel there weren’t enough basketballs to go around, this team is going to stretch defenses so thin it won’t be funny.
Every starter should be able to avg 20 per game.
Maybe we should scrimmage against the WNBA champion…whoever that is. And spot them 30 before tip off.

This is legit going to be Dream Team like. Where we are scoring 100 a game. And crushing people by 40-50 points.
There are too many scorers to guard.
Too many dogs to not get bitten. It’s not that there won’t be enough shots to go around, the level of defense is going to be so tenacious with all of these athletes running around, the turnovers and transition points are going to be a sight to see.
Imagine getting , Reese are Morrow in foul trouble, only brings in Delresario. Who is a skilled, towering big. Delresario, at the 5, makes me think we are going to go on a UConn type run. Because the scorers are going to score.
Having a 6-7, big frame, skilled big to play with those 5, is something you couldn’t dream in a dream.

I checked around different fanbases for reaction to the Morrow news and here's generally what I found:
SC: Completely dishonest and/or delusional. Up until Friday, they were creaming over Dawn possibly getting Morrow and going on a revenge/reclaimation tour. Now, Morrow is a short, overrated ball-hog who will be exposed in the SEC. And they wouldn't trade Groots Cardoso & Walker for double/double queens Reese/Morrow.
IOWA: The most bitter of the bitches. LSU went out of their way to bring in HVL & Morrow just to try to beat Caitlyn Clark (even tho LSU already beat them before adding more Super Friends). Morrow is also a classless thug if she is joining Reese.
TENN: Mixed reactions. Some reasonable posters accept LSU as their new overlords while reminiscing about when they used to get all the superstars and acknowledge "this is what other teams must've felt like" being out-recruited. Others are just delusional stating HVL/AM are worse replacements for Morris/Williams and they already beat that LSU team.
UCONN: Overwhelming consensus is that LSU brought in a lot of big names but the egos/ball-greed won't mesh as a team ("only one ball to go around"). They note their roster is superior, deeper and have more total all-americans. They scoff at LSU being knighted a superteam and clinically compare each starter & bench player at each position between both teams and LSU is an inferior/jumbled mess while Geno has arranged the perfect puzzle pieces.

I love WBB at LSU and this is great, but this is not good for WBB.

Parity is always better for instilling hope (thus interest) across many fanbases.
However, even with super-stacked teams at the top, WBB can survive bc:
1.) stars & superstars stay in college longer bc WNBA pay sucks & NIL pays almost 20x's more, and..
2.) when teams across the nation have 1 or 2 stars, hope springs eternal for fans & the eyeballs will be there, even if they get beaten by a Fab Five.

this is going to be an all time hated team from the outsiders. Miami Heat with Lebron, Warriors when KD joined…. basically a women’s college bb super team and i’m here for it!
a lot of pressure on teams like that, but i say they go undefeated and are considered goat team in wbb.

My kid has to play against LSU wbb next season. Yikes!
Mind if I ask who she plays for?
Also may God have mercy on her!

I was bored and checked the boards. Looks about right. Baylor fans are still in shock they let her walk
Iowa fans probably surprised me the most. Feels like auburn fans with their righteous pearl clutching base doing things “the right way”. To Iowa’s credit they don’t actually cheat like auburn does.
South Carolina fans are probably the most accurate given they will regardless be a contender. Only delusion is mulkey dominating recruiting and the portal since her first day and it has to be a little alarming
