Class is going backwards. 2 decommits and our last 2 commits have never once been mentioned on the recruiting board until they commited.

i seriously doubt Nebraska and T AnM are losing sleep over this. Tulane and la Tech possibly. This would have to be one of those once in ten year finds to pan out. Really thought Miles was holding out for a few top names, and key position players. This has special teams written all over it. hell, guess you need them too. Offered a punter as well. Could be LM saw something special. time will tell.

He goes to Fair Park High School? Didnt a former DB that cost LSU the Capital One Bowl go to Fair Park?

From what I have read, it seems similar to Jordan Jefferson's recruitment. The coach's knew the potential was there, but they just needed more to go off of before extending an offer.
Jefferson had an injury his junior year so the coaches didn't really have much to go by so they let his senior year play out.
Instead of an injury, Claiborne seems to be a late bloomer so the coaches waited to see how he played during his senior year.
