I'd rather Debose too but you can't be mad with either one. Both are playmakers.

id take Brown over dubose and wooten. It would take him quite some time to develop, but with Tolliver, Benton, and Randle being a possibility-- we'll have that time. Saban started a trend here- and that's growing prototype, ripped, and TALL NFL recievers- coverages are so tight in the SEC I want the 6'5 guy for the fade in the red-zone:)

I think LSU is more in need of slot WR's than they are vertical WR's.

What about John Williams, Kenny Bell, Drayton Calhoun, Chris Tolliver, Jhyryn Taylor. Can any of them play in the slot?

RR's brother (dmitch) has stated on this site before that RR will not be going to USC. I really believe that RR will be a Tiger (no I don't have sources, just guessing/hoping). Seems like to me that we have a better shot at debose than some on here like to believe. I think we take debose if he chooses us but I just don't see how Marlon Brown fits in to this class.

farrell's been kind of a joke lately, i don't know if i'd put much stock into what he says.

The way I understood it was that the coaches are recruiting Debose and Wooten to play different positions. Both for WR of course, but one inside and one outside so that they don't scare each other off. I don't think Bell leaves because he seems to be all about staying home and playing for LSU. I worry about Randle, but in the end I would be surprised if he goes elsewhere.
