Reminder: he is a very close friend of the number 3 safety in the country, Joanel Aguero, so he would probably know if Aguero was coming soon. The DBU in the tweet makes me think it's a db. Aguero posted his LSU visit picture on his story again the other day.

Yaites was in man coverage a lot in his highlights & looked good. I've seen other posters say Daugherty is a nickel/safety. So it sounds like both could possibly play corner.

Yaites ran 21.61 at a track meet day before yesterday so it looks like speed won’t be an issue if he lines up at boundary corner.

The coaches probably targeted both of these guys b/c they can potentially play different positions. Seems like this staff likes versatility.
The Saints like the same thing in their secondary. It prevents you from being screwed over if injuries start to mount. P.J. Williams & Chauncey Gardner-Johnson are examples of that. P.J. Williams can play both Safety positions & slot cornerback...Gardner-Johnson can play Strong Safety & slot cornerback.

He's 6'1 with long arms and tons of speed. I see him as primarily a boundary corner.
