exactly my thought.

But, it's her opinion, so it's whatever.

Definitely not too late for him and his dad to visit.

I don't know when the next semester starts at Texas, but yes, it is more than likely too late.

Malik, I can drive you and your dad down to BR myself this weekend if you'd like. It's really nothing.

What I don't understand is why she felt the need to trash a great school that is an NFL pipeline. it seemed to me she was trying to mess up LSU's connection with other recruits who are close to her son. Maybe I am wrong about that.

Jefferson took the high road in praising LSU after the fact though.
We think young TAMU fans are bad... welcome to old(er) UTx fans. They are among the worst; a couple rungs above the rest of us. But when that myth has been turned to dust, then the only thing left (as in politics) is to attack the one that displaced you.

I'll pay for their plane tickets if it guarantees a commit from him.

Love Charlie, but Texas will not be truly Strong for another 2 to 3 years..it takes time..Mack left a soft mess.

Yep. That defense is losing its best players this year, so it might not be up to snuff until Malik is a 3rd year player at least. Maybe if he can pull in Sheffield and Mack, but I doubt he gets both, or even one. That offense will probably take two years because they are losing their top two WRs and one of their two most used RBs. IMO they will be starting all over with either Gentry (I think that's his name) or Heard at QB. If they can pick up that beast Chris Warren, they should be good to go at RB. The OL is the hard one to figure out though.

How could a real father know this and not make it a point to go check out a place his son loves?
