Curtis players rarely commit before signing day.

This.
JT encourages his players to take all of their alloted time.

My comment is said out of our recent inability to sign NOLA kids that we want, with a couple of exceptions.

Well signing day hasn't happened and we've recently signed a guy from Curtis.

Dupre has visits to LSU, FSU, and UCLA
Think about this: He was scheduled to go to Bama on the 17th, but LSU asked him to come to BR for our big weekend.
He's coming to BR on the 17th, so that means something, IMO.

I agree and I still think he will be a Tiger but those DG tweets today and the JC3 trip to UCLA have me worried.

He is a must get. But the rumblings I'm hearing are that basically our only advantage is proximity. Academics are VERY important to his family and LSU falls in third place behind UCLA (top 20) and FSU (top 100) according to what I was told. The QB position being least stable here and we're a run first, not pass first offense probably more so with Hill staying. Experts says he's an LSU "Lock" but I'll play the wait and see game. Also wish we had last visit. He and M. McGraw are close friends. Maybe we should offer him over someone like R. Gage.

Last year we had a 3,000 yd passer, 2 receivers that went over 1,000 each, and a running back over 1,000...

I know Mett is gone, but no one can predict the future off one bowl game.

No trust in Cam?
