Freek-Coach Mulkey is building a dynasty with how she is recruiting. My niece is a 2027 recruit. Hopefully by then she is a 5 star or High 4 star recruit. Hopefully my niece and Caroline will team up for LSU, but that's just my wish. LOL.

I hope so. A lot can happen between now & 2027, but if Kori & Caroline can continue ascending their game, elite home-grown talent from the Boot is always preferred.

Take it FWIW, I heard Sarah Strong is LSU's top target for this recruiting class, followed by Cambridge and then Koval. But in the case they don't get those 3 in particular, there are still others in the mix (Joyce Edwards, Carlton, Me'Arah, Taliyah Parker).
But to sign everyone of those, there will have to be some type of attrition somewhere, either from players not using their COVID year (Poole, HVL, Poa, Reese) or a transfer or two.
We already have one player committed (J. Richards). It will be interesting to see how Kim crunches the numbers out.
Seniors (4- Last class that has a COVID year)
-Poole
-HVL
-Reese
-Poa
Junior (2)
-Bartlett
-Morrow
Sophomore (3)
-Flaujae
-A. Williams
- S. Smith
Freshmen (4)
-M. Williams
-Rosario
-Kent
-Velez

Great news. After recently watching full-game replays on YT of Sarah Strong playing/winning gold for '22 USA U18 3x3 with (MVP) Mikaylah Williams, I kept going back & forth on who I would want down low out of Strong, Koval & Carlton, if I could only pick one. They all have their strengths.
Strong's a dominant rebounder with smooth post moves on a wide-bodied frame, but also has long distance range & the mobilty to drive. She's easily the most physical of the three. I'm glad to finally hear what LSU's Big Board might look like.

Withstanding the NC schools, I heard UCONN been all out pushing for Strong but I believe Strong will be visiting LSU later this year

That’s all I want for Xmas is Strong and Cambridge

Keeley Parks (#6) 2025 recruit is on campus. Addison deal (#10 of 2025) is visiting later on this summer.

Thanks, prospect list updated.

The Women’s U16 National Team is set.
Of the 55 prospects trying-out from a pool of the ‘25, ‘26 & ‘27 classes, it doesn’t look like any of the prospects with “known” LSU connections made the team (‘25 Keeley Parks, Ayla McDowell, Zhen Craft & ‘27 Haylen Ayers.) No prospect from the ‘27 class was picked.
Still, Gary Redus tweeted out the roster which means he’s looking at someone on the team. Knowing him, it’s probably all of them:

Thanks Tigerbait, this news gives me great optimism for my niece as she held her own against Jada as a 7th grader guarding her a year ago.

Thanks. OP database updated/re-ordered. Looks like they re-ranked the '25 class, too. A couple of LSU targets took some minor drops, while Chavez was bumped up to #1 overall.
Obviously, new #1 '24 Joyce Edwards (SC) has interest in LSU, having already visited, but living so close to "Don" Staley & the Cocks just doesn't leave me hopeful. I gotta feeling SC fans will be bragging about Don puling the #1 recruit, provided Edward's ranking holds in the next update.

I mean, you aren't going to land every single player that you want, no coach in America does (not even Geno). Dawn will get her share of recruits, much like Kim and Geno will. SC will obviously have the advantage being the home school for Edwards given proximity (much like LSU did for Mikaylah Williams).
But thats why its good LSU is in the mix for multiple top players in a position of need. In the post you have Joyce, Strong, Koval and Carlton all in the mix. Land 1 or 2 would be a success IMO.

Kind of surprising they took Richards commitment this early being the numbers might be limited. They might have to turn away a bigger fish that wanted in

Kim will find a way to make room if needed. I still expect some type of attrition next year. Either someone will go pro (HVL or Reese), Poa or Poole may not take a 5th year or maybe someone buried on the depth chart will explore their options. I’m not worried at all about that personally. They will find the room somewhere.

That's big news. And this could go on into the season. Ryann Payne & Timia Ware actually left a championship team after playing in games, coming off the bench.
I am somewhat surprised it was Williams to declare first tho. She fan-girls Angel a lot in Reese's videos. I thought she'd be the one to take the free ride on the party barge to another ring, particularly since Williams looked to me like the least promising out of her, Bartlett & Besselmann. The other two flashed skills where you could reasonably project them starting elsewhere.

Where'd you see this? I don't see it on the LSU sports website or on ESPN.
