Final 3: SC, LSU, and Clemson. Give credit to Mulkey & Redus for securing a visit and putting us in final 3. Decision up to her and her mother, but mother may be the decision maker. SC has been favored forever. It will be a shocker if she chooses LSU. Interesting side note--SC fans saying she will be pursuing degree in engineering. SC not known for engineering, ranked #183 in engineering. Hummm...

I respect Kim for trying. I don't know whose idea it was ultimately but putting all your eggs into the basket for Joyce/Strong seems a bit crazy to me... with no true backup options. But we have beaten a dead horse...
I would say adding Cambridge at this point is most critical. An elite true PG who has speed on the perimeter is something LSU really needs. I feel fairly confident Reese will end up taking that 5th year, this past summer IMO put her game behind and still doesn't have a perimeter shot. So add Cambridge to that and add some more size from the portal and LSU will be in good shape next year.
Fwiw I always thought LSU's best shots were Strong/Cambridge. Granted I give up trying to understand Strong, she could end up anywhere at this point

I guess if they miss on those two and possibly Caimbridge , they will rely on the portal which is no guarantees either.

I have not followed this Joyce Edwards saga much, but if I understand correctly, she is a South Carolina native. Does anyone know where she will be making her announcement. I can't envision where she would get in front of rabid Gamecock audience and announce she is going to LSU

I’d expect her to throw some shade LSU’s way once she commits to them as well. The reality is we haven’t beat them in 10+ years they are still the TOP DAWG. I’m sure all the attention LSU has gotten has put a fire under her and she wants to remind us who they are. And if we played them right now it would be a blowout. So, we’ve got work to do on the trail & on the court.

Someone please tell me, why does Staley hate Mulkey so much? She never compliments or says anything positive about Mulkey. But Mulkey has nothing but glowing things to say about Staley.
