I hate to be that person (not really) but UCONN just lost to NC State...at least we lost to a ranked team. Makes me feel a little better about the loss.

They did not look great. It will take them time as well. I hate to say it but SC looks damn good. And they play one hell of a schedule.

One of those rankings are very wrong. With Uconn losing USc should make a good jump up the list.

I’ve felt for years that USC wbb is a sleeping Giant. They’ve got all the resources necessary. And the amount of talent in that state is Ridiculous.

USC has the external resources necessary in all sports but they're internal buy-in is always fluctuating.

I try to never underestimate schools from a prospect's home state. UNC & NC St have good programs and some nice pieces going forward.

Let's just hope Sarah doesn't make an impulsive decision before Nov. 15th, the last day of the early signing period. Although April 17th would feel like an eternity to wait for an official signature, it'd at least give LSU more time & another chance to seal the deal.

It's a head-scratcher, for sure. While O'Neal is currently not a program changer, her ceiling is high. Her length, rebounding and scoring range would've been welcomed as early as next season.

Mulkey went all in with her chips for Strong and/or Edwards this cycle. If one (or both) sign here, it'd ensure national contender relevance for the next 4 years and all is well. If Mulkey whiffs on both, losing a legacy prospect that pefectly fills a need, will be an equally glaring misstep.

Trust in Mulkey that she will get the necessary pieces for the future and that they are a good fit for her system. We know she and Redus can get the best transfers too. Recruiting is very competive now, sometimes you win one of the top 10 recruits, sometimes you don't. It happens to every team (except Uconn).
It was just 2 years ago that LSU couldn't even get a visit from a top 10 recruit. Now we are in almost everyone's final lists. When was the last time that happened to LSU? Fans complain and expect everything at #1 now. We are fortunate to have Mulkey, and that we won our 1st NC quickly in only year 2. We need to be patient, one step at a time, one year at a time to be consistently successful every year. She has proven track record at LSU, Baylor, LA Tech, Hammond High. Let her do her magic.

Dawn had a bunch of former players on campus, so I’m sure they talked her into coming.

Yep. Sh*t man. We need another superstar to pair with Mikaylah. SC is going to be dominant again. I’m so sick of them lol

Dawn usually tweets “A birdie has landed in the nest” before any official announcement.
