Hope it’s a huge commitment and not a schedule drop

I have a feeling it's the schedule. The men just announced theirs yesterday.

Why would Redus express himself, for our patience, if it is not a recruit. The schedule is not his focus and history-of-posting?

I love KM….This is one of the (if not the most) weakest non conference schedules I’ve seen in quite some time. As competitive as KM is I can’t understand how she would even allow this. Tara V at Stanford is retired and their best player transferred to USC. LSU can cancel any plans of ever being a #1 seed.

Her schedule's at Baylor were basically the same. I don't know why you're expecting anything different.

No she has absolutely scheduled softer here. Her last 5 years at Baylor they averaged about 4 ranked opponents in non-conference, including road matchups at UCONN twice. We're going to be at 4 ranked non-conference opponents total in her time here(if Stanford stays ranked) and 3 of those are due to the SEC/Big 12/ACC Challenge forcing it. UCONN is supposed to be in the tourney in the Bahamas so maybe we'll pick them up.
I don't really even care about ranked opponents but I don't know why we have to have so much SWAC, MEAC, Southland, and ASUN.

UCONN radio guy on twitter said they won't face each other. Idk who else is going, that said I'd be disappointed if we dont have at least one more team w/ a pulse outside a Stanford team without Iriafen and Tara retired. I'll hope they get someone decent in the Bahamas.
Kim def scheduled a bit tougher at Baylor relative to LSU with multiple ranked OOC opponents. Here its been a bit different, not sure why. Maybe its being in the SEC or she feels her teams aren't as deep or talented as her Baylor rosters.
For me personally, I dont care so much if we schedule cupcake city but we also could construct a scheduled without so many Quad 4 teams that would be easy rent a wins and less harsh on our SOS to the committee.
SEC will have plenty of opportunities for quality wins IMO with SC, Texas, OU, Kentucky (under Brooks), Ole Miss but that also leaves little room for error in conference to obtain the best seed they can get.

Well that sucks but I guess it'd be impossible to watch anyway outside of a Flohoops shakedown so at least we avoid that.

Back to recruiting LSU could have a commit in as early as 2 weeks

I’d have to assume it’s about Divine Bourrage (Top 10 player from Iowa)
But comments about the article on Twitter says that On3 says LSU is trending for Zakiyah Johnson’s services per multiple sources but visits gotta play out

If they land Chavez to go along with Hines , the rest is gravy.

well LSU has a pretty strong shot with Chavez but Texas remains a big challenge to the finish line
If Divine commits to LSU like all of the media pundits are saying,LSU will have commits from 2 five star guard (Bella and Divine) and await the decisions of 4 five star players in Knox, McDowell, Zakiyah and Chavez

LSU has offered C/O 27 Miciah Fusilier, AAU teammate of Caroline Bradley

Divine Bourrage has now moved her LSU visit again, she will be visiting in 2 weeks on Sept 6 with Zakiyah Johnson and Grace Knox
And per Illinois insider she canceled her visit to two schools within the last week on her finalist list

Man if we close on those three, the class will be legendary.
