Final 5 for top 5 center Vukosa
Visited Ohio State last week, Texas this week, then LSU/SC/UCONN over next 6-8 weeks

I'm more worried about UConn. Vukosa's patterned her game after Breanna Stewart (formerly of UConn/developed by Geno), there will be a clearly open post position when Serah Williams leaves next summer, UConn has a long history of having players with Eurasian heritage/culture, and it's the closest school (that she's already visited btw) in her final 5 to her home in NY.
Now, Vukosa has said she knows she will be away from her mother and wherever she ends up, she wants to feel like she can communicate with that coach at any time, much like she would with her mom. I'm just hoping Vukosa feels Kim can fill that surrogate parental role, better than say, Geno or Dawn, also renowned players coaches.
If so, that, along with NIL, & no Sarah Strong taking up her true PF position would be the best factors in LSU's favor, imo. She'd be ideal in the post next to a Kate Koval or Caroline Bradley.

You think we have a chance at Edwards? No way LSU could get all three Bradley, Edward's Vuscoa then Koval and Knox return. Out of those three which are favorites?

Looks like women’s college basketball is going through a shift. Adidas is starting to sway high school players toward their schools. Edwards just signed with them, Tennessee’s already in the mix, and South Carolina’s joining next year. I’m not saying we can’t land Edwards, but at the end of the day it’s really about what matters most to her.

I’m not worried about LSU recruiting as long as Mulkey is the coach. As far as bigs go, Koval will be here 3 more years and we are pretty surely going to land Bradley .

Be nice if Bradley could reclassify! I'm assuming female basketball players can do it too although I've never heard about any.

-averaging 26.3 points to lead Nike Nationals weekend
-She also led the EYBL in steals at Nike Nationals at 2.7 per game and third in assists over 5 a game
