I’m pumped about stamps. Watch him mess around and have a much more decorated college career than Williams and Jackson.

So true, ESPN has NO business in recruiting analysis, they have no staff that’s FULL time to recruiting only. The only time they talk about is right before the signing days for viewership. If they do any stories now it’ll be for the Mannings which they know they can try and get the casual viewer. 247, and Rivals, now On3 is making a move into second Rivals fading. The difference in the rankings is all about access to certain recruits. Fans will obviously listen to the service that ranks and speaks highly of their certain commitments. In the end it’s all the same—- Clicks & Money.

Stamps probably going to go way up by the end of his senior season. Apparently he looked great in camp. One of those guys I'm glad we got on immediately and didn't let slip through the cracks. Camps do wonders for recruits especially when you can see what they do against other elite talent.

That’s the word, visited a couple of weeks ago and looks like he shut it down. Teammates with Daugherty.

You're one of the biggest pussies on this board and have no clue what you're talking about. Go be miserable somewhere else. He may or may not be a top 30 player but I guarantee his ranking is closer on On3 where it should than on the other sites that have lost most of their recruiting resources. Not to mention much of their resources went to On3. Womack, Reed, and Mickens all show elite athleticism. Heard should be a 5* as well and I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up there. LSU is going to eat in the trenches next few years. I absolutely love what BK and LSU are doing right now. That guy has killed it in his short tenure here so far.
On3 is high on all 3 of LSU's edge guys. 2 are border 5* guys. Who gives a shite what any of the recruiting services think anyway? LSU scouted them and BK likes them. I'd trust them over any of these sites since we're an NFL factory anyway.

quote:crazy part is they have the money to truly kill the recruiting scouting world if they wanted to. They just don't feel like it's profitable outside of NSD and the All American bowls, which is sad.

quote:That's why coaches always tell you to go to the camps if you are really looking for the offer. Some kids once they get those rankings and a couple big time offers, they think you should come to them because they are in state.
