Yep. His mom went to LSU as well and was a great athlete in her own right. She used to dominate sorority intramurals.

It’s hard to imagine what this kid has been through losing his mom like that and still played hard all last season and kept a smile on his face.
My wife was friends with KH also and had cancer at the same time. My wife has been a lot luckier. I was at the last game she was able to watch him play. Very sad situation.
Another poster brought up Walker not starting...barring something major, he probably won’t start a game this season either.

Bama offered him last week iirc.

Anyone have knowledge of if he grew up an LSU fan or if this will be a huge recruiting battle or what?

I don't know for 100%, but I would figure he grew up an LSU fan. Both his parents went there and he has 2 sisters there now playing volleyball.

They have a 2021 WR, Jack Bech, who just got his first offer from the Cajuns. His 7v7 coach with the EPS Blaze raves about him.
