I agree. IMO, the beam lineup is probably the most clear right now. I can see a lineup of Beard, Dunne/Jeffery, Haleigh, Konnor, Kiya, and Aleah.

They have to get rid of the switch half...

I would put Coen or Kj in over Dunne. Also I could see Savannah switched in and out. Dunne best case is floor imo.

She didn’t hit a single one of her leaps at 101. Annie and Jeffery did above and beyond. As did Coen so based on that they’d all score better than Dunne

Where is the gymnastics discussion?

Great interview! Biggest “surprise” is Aleah May be in only on beam, possibly floor as she is nursing a minor interview. Can’t wait for tomorrow!!!

So happy to hear that Konnor is finding her joy in gym again!

What I gathered from what Jay said is that she’s definitely doing 2 events tomorrow night maybe 3, the third being floor unless I misinterpreted it

Possibly so. Meet Notes are out but no specific lineups.

From the guys from “in off the bench” podcast Alyona is out for the season with Achilles tear. Technically she and Kiya could both make a case for a sixth year due to injuries + COVID year.
Anyone know if chase was on the floor last night or what happened to her?

Knew it was bound to happen at some point. Once you tear one (especially with how quickly she came back from her other one) you are more often than not going to tear your other Achilles

Chase was not on the floor at all. I assume she was sick.

I just saw where an OU fan made a valid point on Reddit regarding the beam lineup…”If LSU is experimenting with the second spot on beam, they should consider moving Bryant to the third spot and move McClain to the #4 spot just to take some pressure off.”
Do you all agree or disagree? I think it makes sense for now.

Let me guess…more comments questioning the lineup choices. Lol

I honestly don't understand the uproar over our lineups. If Chase has recovered from whatever prevented her from competing in the last meet, I would add her to the vault and floor lineup (in place of KJ and Livvy respectively). I would also replace Sierra with Annie on the beam lineup. I can see why people are concerned with Kiya in AA but I don't think Jay or the medical staff would allow her to compete if she is at risk for another injury.
