I think we dropped off for the Texas kids once we lost Tony Benford, he was recruiting most of them last year (or earlier this year I guess would be more accurate).

Yea, this kid was all LSU (100 percent on 247) at one time. Maybe a combination of Tony leaving and Wade getting suspended. Obviously that suspension hurt with a few kids. But man, Wade is really doing well considering all the negative recruiting and BS rumors.

Not too surprising though, right? We have two right now that are committed but not signed, so with those alone we fulfill that statement.

Yeah we have 2 right now, but he also said we're looking to add more for it, they are trying to push Cameron Thomas and Mwani Wilkinson to sign in early period I believe. Both took a lot of visits in the past couple months.

How many are we looking at signing this class. Only 3 seniors, what other scholarships do y'all project to be replaced?

There is currently one open scholarship that could be filled with a mid year transfer or kept open for next year if a mid year transfer is not signed. There will likely be some attrition for players leaving early to play for money, transfer, etc.
So, one open scholarship plus 3 seniors gives four new adds as a minimum. That number could go up to around 7 depending on players leaving the program for the reasons listed above.
