On the Culotta Show this morning, Wade mentioned that he's looking to add "2 or 3 guys" to the roster and strongly hinted that those additions would be via the transfer portal rather than HS recruits. So we are looking at losing a guy or two to the transfer portal in addition to Days' departure.
Something to the effect of "Looking to add guys who can start in the SEC right away."
Something to the effect of "Looking to add a big who can anchor the defense and looking to add a combo guard who can give us some scoring pop."
When recapping last season, he mentioned again that our first shot defense was statistically really good, but got killed on the defensive glass/2nd chance points. Would liked to have a guy who could match up with the Dickenson's of the league.

If Days returns, we are probably looking at 1-2 current players transferring out. If Days does not return, I think you are only looking at 1 current player not returning.

Adding No. 14 makes it even more difficult to figure how WW plans to possibly add 3 more players.

Shareef will be a healthy, scholarship player next season. He’s not giving up basketball after all he’s been through, and in no universe do you disrespect Shaq in asking him to pay.

Yeah id bet on days not coming back, wouldnt shock me if gray left, and could always be someone like hyatt who wants more minutes at a smaller school

The SEC doesn’t really have those guys. Casleton at UF and Tumlin at Missouri were probably the closest. You build your team to compete in the conference first and work your way out from there. LSU doesn’t really need a stiff in the post. It’s not how Wade wants to play.

He’s just means he wants a guy bigger than 6’7 to defend the post. It could be another KBW or O’Bryant. Doesn’t have to be a stiff white guy.
