Big entry here. 21 HR and 1.100+ OPS, although the avg is a bit low. Wonder if LSU will contact, he is followed by Jordan and Simpson.

Another lefty slugger. Feels like college baseball has more lefties than ever right now.

It’s still early, but things seem to be progressing with Erik Paulsen.

I’ve been following him since last year. He was better at the plate in Cal’s first two tournament games. I haven’t looked at how he fared against Georgia Tech yet though.

Purdue Ft Wayne just dropped their baseball program. We're on Justin Osterhouse already: BRef

Do you think Jay is going to prioritize guys with 2 way ability this offseason?

Not necessarily. He could just go after more high floor arms. You need to carry a lot more pitchers when most of them are lottery tickets. Having a couple of 5 ERA innings eaters can cushion the staff when there are less numbers.

Yep he's a take if he's interested. Wild to see PFW drop their program days after they get eliminated from their conference tourney

Agreed. In two seasons and a summer, he's hit well, and he's played every infield position and both corner outfield spots. Doesn't strike out a ton (16%) and hit 16 HRs this past season. Hit well against us opening weekend too (1 for 4, 2 for 4, 2 for 4).

Don't love. Committed 12 errors this year (.948), .328 in a weak league. He did go 5-12 against us though.

First update of the 2025 portal season. These are people that we have shown at least some degree of interest. If I am missing any let me know. Do not see confirmed interest in the Butler kid yet, but I would assume there is some interest there.

When your team sucks and you are the best player on the team, you might play:
24G at 1B
33G at 2B
8G at SS
17G at 3B
15G in RF
2G at Pitcher
... and make some errors
