This coming Wednesday is the early signing day for baseball.

Yea, I think you completely missed the point of my comment. I was just saying he isn't looking to just sign for anything and forego college. He has interest in playing college ball.
Of course the likeliness of that happening for him or Konnor is slim to none.

The idea of being a first round pick is a new reality for him, though. I don't doubt that he really wants to play college baseball, and he may believe he can be a 1st rounder now and later and be better suited to rise to the MLB quickly after a few years of development at LSU...but that kind of money is really tough to pass up, considering you could get injured in college and never have that kind of opportunity again.

I don’t think he is a guy poised to pitch in leverage situations, P. Just looks like an inning eater honestly.
But I still think they are short on RHP though. So maybe he can carve something out?

Just watched this video on youtube about Curiel. Has room to put on weight and get better. Hard worker. Mom says LSU. Curiel says LSU.
I know, I know. I have watched baseball long enough to know that can change when the dollar signs start flashing. It doesn't hurt that when the video was made, goal was LSU first then MLB draft.
