Does anyone know if Crews will start at the Nats single-A affiliate first and then work his way up or can they place him anywhere?

It’s not as big of a deal as people make it out to be. There was no guarantee he was even going to be able to pitch next season, and if he did, he wasn’t going to be a cornerstone of your rotation. It didn’t make much sense for him to come back to school.

Not a huge deal, but I’d prefer to have him the back half of next season as opposed to not having him. That’s all.
