Justin Loer is listed at 6'5" and Kade Woods at 6'3". Not to mention Skenes, Hurd, Noot, Money, Appleby, Edwards, and Little are all listed at 6'4" or taller.

This one is interesting to me. Started at 1B for Vandy this year but could play 3rd or 2nd. Hit .277 with 12 2Bs, 1 3B, and 9 home runs.

Yeah it looks like he’s started there since 2020. Hasn’t exactly hit the cover off the ball but the numbers aren’t bad at all. Maybe a change of scenery would elevate him some. Wouldn’t be a terrible option for 2B.

I’d rather we stayed away from those guys.
Grad transfer and Covid year guys, yeah, but not the leverage play ones. Go for the weird relievers and the utility guys.

I think Jay learned his lesson last year, and admitted as much in previous interviews, regarding draft eligible transfer signings like Tebrake, Pineda and Young. I think he will be a little more careful this year.

A name to keep an eye on is JUCO pitcher Slaide Naturman. We’ve been on him for a while. He’s at Gulf Coast state in the Florida panhandle. Part of a really talented staff there this season. Transferred there from Kennesaw State. He seems very interested in us. If we have the same level of interest he could pop soon.

1 or 2 players that don't see themselves cutting the starting line up on current team will probably hit the portal. It usually works itself out.
