This is neither here nor there, but if you want to know why it's a good reason to take a flyer on Christian Little when his numbers have been kind of pedestrian over 2 years in college. Consider that he's about 45 days younger than Paxton Kling.

For sure, all we really have to go off of for now though. Just like most stats, can't base your opinion of a player off stats alone.

I wonder how concerned we are with Pineda and the draft...feel like the interest in Day could speak to that.

I feel like Day could be just as much as a risk if not more than Pineda. It will be interesting with this stupid late draft.

I would much rather Day then Young. In all the interviews I listened to with Pineda he would rather play SS but he says he can play 2nd base but really prefers SS. I wonder if that may become an issue. I am sure Jay discussed this at his visit before he committed.

Unfortunately not if you have made promises to other players. Like I said last week I much would have rather gotten Day than the rumor of Carter Young. If Young has committed you can't go back on your word. That's a bad look.
