That's a huge coup for UF, the 1 missing piece they had was a good big man, now they have that.

I don't believe we were ever in it to begin with. Which furthers my theory that there is someone unknown (to us) lurking out there that the staff feels good about. (possibly Dante, someone else, or both)

I'd be surprised a bit if he ended up at UK considering their big man depth, I would assume if he reclassifys he wants to go pro sooner and UK's playing time would be pretty limited.

It tells me Cal is not sold at all on his front court. He went and got one grad transfer, went after Blackshear, and is now pushing this dude?
To me, thats a bit of a red flag. UK's front court is loaded with 4 and 5 stars, but they've underperformed greatly, save for PJ Washington last year.

Yeah I think Cal is just filling out whatever spots he has left with the best available players.
He already took Sestina the center grad transfer and has 2 trees back in Montgomery and Richards.
I'm not sure why Dante would want to walk into that at all. He'd be lucky to get 10-15 minutes a game.

Either way, he is at UK today for an OV, which sucks. Does anyone know if he has taken his OV to LSU yet?

Mod on 247 said to probably ignore that, it's no doubt he's trying to reclassify, but he downplays that constantly. That's not to say he will reclassify, but the fact he's coming out saying "I'm not trying to reclassify" speaks volumes, because you know there's a push to do exactly that.

I don't think there is any doubt he wants to reclassify. He would be a fool not to. It's whether he CAN reclassify.
So, he has to take care of some academic business and I'm sure he doesn't want it known that he DIDN'T take care of his academic business, so ....
If he reclasses, it's because he took care of business.
If he doesn't, it's because he didn't want to.

does anyone know if there are any graduate transfers remaining? JUCO kids left? or straight up transfers that Will Wade can grab this late in the game? Other than the african kid in Kansas.
