Jaason Lewis committed to Arizona St. He wants to play RB which means LSU had almost no shot with Guice, Ducre, and Brossette already committed.

Shy Tuttle just committed to Tennessee
Two of the top 4 DTs are committed to them..both are 5*s
Why aren't we getting in on any of these guys? How the hell is Tennessee out recruiting us on the lines?

Butch knows no shame. I'm really not being a smartass, he knows his job depends on getting that program turned around, and he will say or do anything it takes. Every other coach in America is telling Gibson he has a better future as a WR, Butch has promised him he's been holding his starting QB spot for two years. Bottom line is Butch has the roster to offer immediate playing time at an SEC big6 and isn't wasting the opportunity.

I realize the '16 DT class looks promising, but I'm a little concerned about that spot. There's really gonna be some pressure to clean up at DT next year.

Seems like interest is picking up on both sides involved with Juco DT Jonathan Taylor. He had some off-field issues in the past but everyone says he is an impressive player on the field.

He would definitely provide some depth there. It'd be pretty impressive if we get him over Auburn and Louisville.

LSU is no longer in the picture, IIRC. And I think that is LSU's doing.
Just focusing on TJ, Charlot, and the 2016 class
Jazz projects to a similar role as Strickland, despite Jazz lining up as a tailback this fall

Has there been any talk about CeCe Jefferson? I seem to remember reading he's visiting for LSU-OM, with OM feeling like they're in good shape if he cools on UF. He seemed to enjoy being here over the summer, and chance we can jump back in the race?

Kyle Phillips must have fell in love with lsu. Constantly talking about is on twitter. How big would it be to land him, tillery, malik jefferson, daylon Mack(possibly following jefferson), demarkus lodge leo lewis and iman marshal. I think if we get 5 of these guys our class would be almost as big as last year. What do you guys think our chance of landing these 7?
