Lowell Narcisse commitment memes
Posted by InTheDetails on 5/2/16 at 1:22 pm

I would like to do a post showing best memes centered around Narcisse's commitment to LSU. I always find this board to be filled with great ones, so let's see what ya got!

I will use those pics FYI--and will also post a link to the thread.

Jimmy,
Are there any recruits that the Narcisse commit could sway toward LSU?

Recruits know to surround themselves with talent, so a commitment like that will certainly have an impact. He is also very popular around the N.O. area, so he could sway some guys.
Receivers know he can play, so it should help with them as well. There isn't a specific someone that jumps out to me.

Devonta Smith?
Brennan has already weighed in on this prospect and he said he WANTS THE COMPETITION. We cannot be swayed by this unwillingness to compete and so let's move forward.
Brennan said: (Paraphrase) I HAVE 12 COUSINS AT LSU AND ONE OF MY COUSINS IS A CHOREOGRAPHER ON THE DANCE TEAM (not sure which dance team), so he vowed to remain committed and I believe he will. Going forward, we have a rather robust QB class in our future and I am happy for it.

Debatable.
Very! Narcisse has a much stronger arm at this point and has played against flat out better competition. Brennan seems to be better at going through his reads at this point, but he likely won't have a spread style passing system at LSU. If he can't improve his arm strength he will need to be deadly accurate to succeed in the system Miles/Cameron are running.
I don't want to lose Myles Brennan because of his commitment. I know CLM will make a good decision on QB's and I think we are moving in the right direction as far as not using Freshman as much.
Saban's formula is simple. He brings in guys, lets them grow up for a redshirt season or two then launches them.
I think once LSU has the same kind of recruiting system going we will be putting Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors on the fields mostly instead of Freshman right out of highschool. Which means more experienced guys, which means more SEC Champs and NC. The reason LSU players do so well in the NFL is because some of them are the same age as the guys Alabama is putting on the field in college...
Don't get me wrong I think this is a great commit and I think he will be good, but I don't like it when "Player Rankings" shape the decisions of our coaching staff...
