But he had to do that and talk to the QB in 2018 in between possessions. In games in 2019, Brady talked to the QB in between possessions while Ensminger focused on plays for the next possession. They need another guy to fill that role, but he also needs to be good at in-game adjustments as well as modifying the scheming for the next QB.

Kid's know they are buying into more than the coach when they are joining a championship team. Coaches leave good teams all the time, Arik might of not seen it coming but I don't see why he'd get pissed about it.
