Vol- you got any info bud?

quote:

The 4-star lineman from Louisville (Miss.) opted not to sign in December, and Florida has suddenly entered the picture, with Auburn and LSU still in hot pursuit. Tennessee, which seriously recruited Moore over the summer, has reopened its line of communication, too.

With so many options, Moore told VolQuest his commitment with the Bulldogs is currently on shaky ground. “Right now, it ain’t looking too good for them right now,” the Under Armour All-American end said. “My mom is starting to win my dad over. They think it might be good for me to get out and grow up a little bit because they’re not going to be able to baby sit me my whole life. If I have problems, versus being 15 minutes away in Starkville, you have to stay there and handle your business on your own. Be a man and grow up.”

A lot of smoke around Auburn. He took an OV on 12/7 there. I believe he’s set to take an OV to Florida, Tennessee and LSU in January.

He’s been dominating at the Underarmour practices and will likely be in line for a ratings bump.

Love to grab him, but don’t think we will.

We've been in contact... Him and Pickering... They are both interested, but got a ways to go to land them.

Vol- you really leave some cliff hangers on these recruits. Always good info. Can’t wait to see who we close with.

These are the type battles Orgeron and staff must start winning. Getting Ika and Raydarius were big wins. LSU really needs to keep this going and close out 2019 with a bang!

I think he goes to auburn. His best friend is Jaren Handy. And they’ve talked about how they wanted to play in college together.

I remember there was chatter of him possibly flipping when Handy committed.

Auburn is definitely who I'd say is the favorite, but like I said, he's still talking to us and interested.

Mississippi State recruits are ripe for the picking.

Moorhead has been a big disappointment and they are entering a down cycle over the next few years.

If there was a time for negative recruiting, this would be it.

I was actually referencing last spring when Handy and Zach Edwards committed to LSU. There was talk Moore was also going to flip.

You’re the man. Thank you for the info. Do you know if he has taken an OV here yet or if he plans to?

If a few coaching dominoes fall Shoop could get a HC job which would probably open it up their defensive recruits

I like Pickering way more then Moore.
Moore really struggled this year in the games he played and I am somewhat concerned with his consistency. He has vastly different performances.
Coaches still like him though

Pickering also said that he flips it’ll be to Alabama and right now Moore is having a ton of success vs top flight talent at all American practices.

4. DL, Nathan Pickering, Seminary (Miss.)- Pickering was ferocious and quick, showed violent hands and a really good get off. Pickering was hurt and missed part of Monday’s practice so it was good to see him back in action today. He was the only lineman we saw beat Zeke Correll and he has a really nice combination of size, speed and power. The Mississippi State commit is rated the No. 65 prospect in the 247Sports Composite and No. 27 by 247Sports.

From UUAA Game practice. Hit the books kid.

It’s really baffling to me how LSU has seemed to struggle lately at attracting top notch Dlinemen

Me, too. The list of O's misses on the DL in the last couple of cycles is astounding.

It's so baffling that I actually don't believe it's entirely legit. Something stinks.

that's pretty damn high praise. Notice that it's not just one thing/skill, he's covering all the basics with that praise.

What that screams to me is "head start" and "faster to the field". In the day and age of 3 yrs if you're lucky, that's more important than ever.
