Twitter Video

Locksley basically said Jarret formed a relationship with Stefon Diggs and Mike was “as surprised as anyone” when he flipped. When I saw the tweet, what Mike said was not at all what I expected

Inb4: “THAT WAS LAST YEAR, get over it”
“He sucks anyway”
“He’ll never do anything at Maryland”

Tough crowd this morning. As someone not privy to the recruiting game, I was expecting a little more nuanced answer than “Our famous alum talked to him, and then this 5 star WR just fell in my lap on signing day”

He can't give a more nuanced answer because it would be incriminating.

He just better hope he makes it to the NFL out of Maryland.

He likely will, because their QB room with Taulia and LeGendre should be pretty decent.

Taulia doesn’t move the needle in anyone’s QB room

I would imagine he’s better than the other back ups

I think Jarrett will do good things at Maryland wish we had got him, his reasoning was beyond stupid, when he tried to say he has a better chance at the pros at Maryland

Stefon Diggs lost millions by going to Maryland. Not sure why he would recommend anyone else go there, other than selfishness.

probably feels he will get more PT earlier in his career and thus be able to showcase his skills more at Maryland than at LSU. At Maryland he will end up the #1 primary target where at LSU he would have to battle it out with a bunch of other talented WR's to even get on the field.

Do not count out Maryland/UnderArmour for Caleb Williams. It’s close to his home and they will be able to write a sizable check. Just saying.....

Oklahoma seems to think they've got him in the bag. It could all change with visits though.

Yet every Louisiana kid is supposed to go to LSU, especially when the program is down to help rebuild it and have state pride!

Lol yeah and stripper really do like you.

Horse shite. We were outbid for the 3rd bets receiver that was in our class.

Diggs and Rakim are great comps though. 1st round talents that were wasted in Maryland and go in the 5th
