Welcome aboard son!!
Hope you have the career that the last Tiger 6' QB enjoyed. There is a guy in NOLA about your size that does pretty well in another league.
FWIW - no athletic scholarships at Harvard, so probably had academic assistance at some level.

Dude, it's fricking Harvard. If you get in, you go. You don't pass up HARVARD for LSU.
ETA: I really hope he makes it to the NFL...

one of my absolute favorite commits in this class.
2015 class 5A state MVP with over 5,000 total yards and 61 total TDs (3,040 pass yards with 33 pass TDs and 1,963 rush yards with 28 rush TDs; a 136.4 QBR). he was state 5A offensive MVP in 2014 as a junior as well.
4 inches taller and he'd be a top 20 prospect.
PLUS he has a 3.8 GPA and got a 25 on the ACT; one of his offers is from Harvard. frick, once he signs we should probably make him the QB coach while we're at it.
as a pure HS prospect, there's an easy comparison
Lindsey Scott
3 star
composite score - .8410
overall prospect ranking - 1053
overall ranking among DT QBs - 25
listed height - 5'11"
listed weight - 205 pounds
Russell Wilson
3 star
composite score - .7998
overall prospect ranking - 1186
overall ranking among DT QBs - 28
listed height - 5'11"
listed weight - 201 pounds

I had never seen him play until now, just watch the playoff game vs John E he can really throw the football his throws were right on. He may be the sleeper in this class

He's got the chest to play for LSU, welcome aboard!

Addressing 3 issues:
1. Re. choosing LSU over Harvard. Harvard is a great school, but depending on career choice. If Scott pursues engineering, a masters at Purdue trumps anything from Ivy.
2. Re. height. If Scott is as good as Tyler was, he'll be very good. If he's as good as Wilson, lights out!
3. Re. redshirt. He'll probably need it if we change offense to zone/read. Adapting to the speed of the game is more critical.
