shep looked like he would blow away in the wind..also had a small arm.

JR and Rohan were both pretty big QB's. With a 6'4 frame it won't be too hard to drop some weight fast under our S&C program.

Liggins is definitely a better looking thrower. And now we have a QB coach, so different situations. That is not to say a move won't happen, but we have more legit options in this case. With Shep, a guy who needed serious coaching up to be a thrower and with no QB coach in site under Crowton, in retrospect a position change was inevitable.

Liggins doesn't have the arm strength or accuracy as Jamarcus and Rohan

I'm happy to have him, but I would much rather a pure QB. There's a strong possibility he doesn't play QB. Whatever he plays, he's a project
