Let me make sure I understand....we can't celebrate when a new recruit comes in?

Are any thread that mentions a new signee going to be whacked? In the past, people on here would celebrate when new LOI's came in...but it seems like it is now taboo to mention a new LOI. What gives?

Problem is when 10 of the same exact threads pop up all within 30 seconds.
