Maybe, just maybe, we like where we stand with Noil, and want him to work on LF. I know, I know that's just absurd.
what happens when JFF gets broken in half and the rest of the offense worked by Bama's defense?

What an educated question. No doubt the number one running back in the nation that we are obviously recruiting going to a game showcasing the defending national champions against the reigning Heisman trophy winner should be a HUGE plus for LSU

It could help, but I doubt a whole lot happens FOR LSU. They will be focused on the game I bet, and they probably won't even really have an opinion other than "the game was awesome" until the time after the visit.

And maybe Luther will be there too with a brown bag full of goodies for all! lol

I hope Speedy (the REAL overrated guy in the state of La) goes to Texas A&M
I am so agitated with the way all the other fanbases have acted over this BS with Luther Davis and Fluker
I hope Fournette continues to drag the LSU coaches and "insiders" along then like Landon Collins did right up there with Sylve's stepfather there commits to Bama. Bama has a lot better shot at Fournette than anyone is giving them credit for.
Yeah I'm mad
from bucc on the bama board
Speedy= overrated and LF leaning to bama

Yeah, I mean...we said the same thing about Mixon...not sure why have him come, but it is always the GIANT "what-if" scenarios. Game day at Kyle Field can be insane for huge games, and if we stomp Alabama (I'm not holding my breath), emotions can run wild.
Well, to be fair, I think LF is more realistic for A&M than Joe Mixon. Mixon is on the other side of the country AND it's not a position that A&M can offer early playing time. At least A&M is within 4 hours distance for LF.

A&M fans are tops in delusion. None of these guys end up an Aggie.

As far as recruiting goes, and I've seen quite a few boards, few sites (and fans) are more delusional than you guys. Seriously: if they were born in LA, they are going to LSU. There are no doubts. To suggest otherwise is just absolutely ridiculous. Notice when I spoke of Noil going to A&M, I did say 30/70 up to 50/50 (best case).
That doesn't sound delusional.
I've heard your stadium smells like corndogs and your fans can be disgusting and filthy towards visitors.
Does that sound about right too?

So basically because Bama is not on Noil or Willis's list of schools we're rooting for (as much as it pains me) an unimpressive, low scoring, Gump win on Saturday right?

No...the only reason you should pull for Bama is if you want LSU to be the only team to beat them this year.
These kids won't be committing any time soon. Any huge impact on their perception on any school has likely already passed. I doubt anyone gets sold either way this weekend. For the program, we need bama to lose as often as possible to change the national perception that they a re a professional team that only lose when they were trying to score less points.

I think it makes sense to take a shot that the game is off the hizzle, A&M wins and all 3 have the time of their life.
You can't tell LF no and the dye seems already cast anyway as to Noil and Willis so why not get crazy and roll the dice.
I don't see that A&M had much of a real option here.
