Its a decent sandwich but you are right would be nothing in NOLA. Also, if you don't eat it right away bread will be sh-t.

Saying it has doughy bread tells me you know nothing about a Darrell's special.

If you would have said a warm, soft, buttery bread you'd have been on to something.

Not to mention you missed the 3 cheeses and warm gravy on top.
