Congrats to Lanard! He will work hard to prove his place and I like that he's a different type of back then the rest of the guys. He's plenty quick and fast to make a difference. The boot is a family!

Actually Jacob Hester may be modest about the kind of high school player he was. He was very good and made big plays in state playoff games. He called himself a 2 star recruit who lowered LSU's overall ratings when he committed. But Texas really wanted Hester and I believe he verbally committed to the Longhorns before switching to LSU.
I hope Lanard proves to be a much better player than he is rated and contributes to the Tigers' success.
