My thing with Frank Wilson is when you're trying to hold this class together you need to figure out how to keep him right now. If he's dead set on being a RB coach, and not Recruiting Coordinator / Associate HC or some other title then it is what it is.............

LSU’s position coaches make more than Tulane’s coordinators, lol. If Raymond and Frank are wanting to take a 50% pay cut this would be the way to do it.

The problem isn’t pay, it’s the same reason offensive guys followed Lane. You have a guaranteed job with Blake, vs. hoping the DC LSU hires keeps you. Some DC’s come in alone or with a few guys, some bring a whole staff.
