Sure beat the hell out of BK.

Lamar Brown is a good player because he is a big guy that can move... He plays both sides of the ball though bc UHigh isn't very deep so i'm not sure what position he is being recruited for, OT or DL? If he is wanting / projected to play DL, I think it will hurt the tigers to miss on him, however if he is trying to play OT, it wouldn't hurt as much if we got Blaise Thomassie from Catholic. I've gone to last years and this years Uhigh vs Catholic games and watched them play at the same time and can say the only reason Lamar Brown is rated so high is because he was 6-5 and 270 as a sophomore when Blaise was only 6-4 225. Fast forward to today and now Blaise is 6-5 270 himself and he has much better technique and is dominating every matchup. Not to mention Blaise has over a 4.0 gpa and scored a 30 something on his ACT. I think he could be the next Will Cambell.

Would you rather play for Elko or Kelly? Serious non homer question.
Depends on my position.

Since this kid was a sophomore it's been reported he is going somewhere not called LSU. Not sure why everyone seems so surprised.
The better question is why are so many of the Lab players LSU recruited end up in other states.

Two things. He lost several of the 5* recruits, and it's the job of every incoming coach to retain the talent on the roster. BK could and should have done better in that regard when he got the job.
This can't be real life... an ed orgeron side chick is claiming Kelly lost talent when he got here?

Elko is one of the luckiest HCs in CFB. His game plan got trounced and he just threw something on the wall and eureka, it stuck.
Aggie also has one of the easier schedules in the league this year.

Saw rivals has him top 10 in state, and top 30 OT already. And the state is loaded on dt side, so if brown decides to leave, we have really highly rated kids to replace and go after.
Excited to see him get more attention once sites see more film and those high end schools offering him.

USCe, Auburn, and us were the only teams that had to play back-to-back SEC road games.
