It's about locking down our state.
And you failed

What a bunch of fail this thread is. Tim never showed any real interest in LSU. The staff moved on months ago. You should too.

LSU may have heavily targeted 2-3 of those guys. Can someone see if in that same time period 2-3 guys from Alabama that Alabama targeted came to LSU? I would think a few did.

2001-2006 one player.
2007-2013 ten players.
Ten is more than one.
2007-2013 ten players.
Ten is more than one.

Y'all are missing the point. It's about locking down our state. Regardless of how many actually pan out
so you'd rather have guys from La that don't pan out like Luther Davis and Sentimore than Montgomery and Brockers?

I would rather Lacy, Bell, Collins, and Williams be on our roster
In place of who? Ware, A Johnson, Mills and Herron?
Ever think, maybe some kids just want to leave the state?

Are you really this dumb?
This state more years than not is loaded with talent. LSU goes after the cream of the crop and more likely then not get's them, Other schools pick up the scraps. We can't offer and sign every player in the fricking state, is that hard to comprehend?

No. If it were any other SEC team and coach that won three out of the last four championships I would have noticed the same thing.

That's impressive math skills you have there.
Why don't you make a list of all the players LSU has gotten from other states over that same time frame and then decide if you'd rather have those 10 La players instead of the OOS guys we got.

The fundamental flaw that your argument shares with the child's is that broad, overarching generalities don't equate to preferences. It's not about the numbers, it's about the quality of those which are had. You can't just use numbers without characterizing their impact, else the argument is null. Your lack of introductory logic reveals much about your ability to process basic thoughts.

Was Alabama relevant from 2001-2006? Am I missing something?

quote:You just said "no" and then basically agreed with what I said. If your claim is that we do not have our borders locked down then you should reference all players who left the borders. By singling out just Alabama, you are showing your envy and thus discrediting your opinions as biased. I'm just typing this to let you know that you come off as having Gump-envy rather than spreading information. And we can all see it clearly.

Yes. I am jealous of whoever wins the national championship when it isn't LSU.

1 out of 10 players have made a significant impact.
So roscoe mike, can I ask you......what do you feel about LSU going OOS and plucking top prospects from other states? Should LSU send them packing?

Get the frick off the recruiting board, retard

I too am jealous of their success, as all Tiger fans should be. But that doesn't mean every aspect of their program is perfect, just as it doesn't mean that every aspect of our program is failing, just as it doesn't mean that the rest of the country is tearing down the LA border. My point is that you are misplacing your envy of Bama's success to undermine our current leaders by using information in a way that has no logical base, or significant impact.

What trend? You need to do a litte more research.
LA football players have been leaving LA for other schools for decades.
LSU recruiting of elite LA talent has not been sustained at this high of a level for generations.
Miles is doing excellent work in state. You need to step away from the ledge.

It’s no secret that LSU backed off on Lacy because of grades. Matter of fact, Lacy wouldn’t even be at Bama is Saban’s blow buddy JT Curtis didn’t pull a rabbit out of his hat with some shady shite summer school class.
